Clothing

1. Formal Wear

- Boys: long-sleeved shirt, suit pants, broad tie and black shoes

- Girls: shirt with a suit pants / skirt (skirt must cover the knees)/ Baju kurung / Baju kebaya

* The Orientation will be in almost all need to attend the event, held in the main hall every day, will have to wear formal wear, it is recommended to prepare a minimum of two sets of easy to wash.

* The orientation will have a swearing-in ceremony in the auditorium, students must wear long-sleeved white shirt, be sure to prepare one.

2. STPM / Matrikulasi result (original and copy, recommendations five copies)

3. SPM results (original and copy, recommendations five copies)

4. MUET results (original and copy, recommendations five copies)

5. ID card (original and copy, recommendations five copies)

6. Birth certificate (original and five copies of the recommendations)

7. Leaving certificate (original and copy, recommendations five copies)

8. Parent / guardian identification (Recommendation 5 copies)

9. Borang Cukai Pendapatan / payroll / Retirement Certificate / other document to prove (PTPTN applicants)

10. CIMB account proof (PTPTN applicants) (Recommendation 5 copies)

11. Passport size personal photo (Recommendation 10)

12. The delivery of tuition receipts

13. Buku Panduan in the form (Borang kemasukan, physical examination reports, etc.)

14. Scholarships required documents (Eligible applicants)

15. X-ray (available after medical examination, remember not fold)
